Albert Holliday & Son Ltd design and build quality homes for today's living. Not all homes are the same as we use varied architectural designs.

Hollidays began building homes over 50 years ago, building around 75 homes each year.

We have built numerous homes for Housing Associations, shared ownership apartments, houses and special needs homes.

Based in Shaw Heath, Stockport, where we have been since the 1930s, we offer a design and build package, not only for the private sector but also for Housing Associations for whom we have built numerous homes including shared ownership apartments, houses and special needs homes.

We build to a very high specification with high quality finishes.

Our homes have an NHBC 10 year guarantee.
